-Participate actively in the elaboration of the company policy and objectives for Quality Management (Reference standard - ISO 9001:2008).
-Draw up and managed the Quality Manual and Standard Procedures
-Coordinate the preparation of Operative procedures and all types of quality records.
-Monitor the cooperation with representatives of the certification authority
-Represent the company during the audits
-Responsible for making the company's staff training in Quality Management.

-Coordinate the studies for evaluation of the providers

-Assure the company's interface with customers and partners on matters affecting the SMC.
-Initiate studies for the evolution of quality and I propose the directions for improvement.
-Prepare staff training program in the quality field
-Prepare internal audit programs.
-Organize conducting the internal audits in accordance with the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001/2008 and SR EN ISO 19011/2003. I propose and shall take preventive action to eliminate the causes of potential nonconformities in order to prevent their occurrence.
-analyze the effectiveness of measures taken to eliminate the nonconformity.
-organized and coordinated the management analysis of QMS meetings.
-make sure that the processes necessary for the functioning QMS are established, implemented and maintained.
-report to the General Manager any abnormalities in QMS function and establishes the need for improvement.
-Monitor customer / partners complaints and suggestions.
-Draw up the activity report of the Quality Department.
-Implementation, maintenance and improvement of Laboratory Quality Management. (Reference standards: ISO 15189:2007 and ISO 15189:2012).
