• I have continued to provide exceptional customer service, whilst also ensuring passenger comfort and safety throughout each flight.
• I engage in communication with my team throughout the day starting from pre-flight briefing where we will discuss flight details, working positions, the schedule for the day, how many infants are on board and if there are any passengers with any special requirements. We then debrief at the end of the day where we will talk through how the day went and discuss any problems which took place.
• I work together with my team to carry out pre-flight duties which include, various safety checks, ensuring that the aircraft is clean and tidy, making sure that all the stock has been loaded onto the aircraft, etc.
• During flight, I work together with my team by serving meals and refreshments, selling duty free goods, ensuring that the aircraft remains safe and tidy, and reassuring passengers when it is required.
