Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this role is multi-faceted with responsibility for Group Planning, Performance Management, Management & Board Reporting, Strategic Projects, Marketing & Internal Communications and Business Intelligence.
Reporting to the CEO, this role was diverse with responsibility Planning and Performance, Reporting, Business Improvement, Quality, Health & Safety, Risk Management and also Information Technology & Security, Business Development, and Marketing & Communications.
In addition to my role at GMS, I was a member of the Board Risk Committee at the parent company (EAI) and managed the roll-out of risk management systems across EAI and all EAIG companies.
Promoted from Quality Manager and assumed additional responsibility for planning, business development, marketing, organisational performance management and Board reporting.
Responsible for Quality, Health Safety and Environmental Management systems.
Project Consultancy work in the areas of Quality Management Systems implementation and improvement; Business Process Engineering; Project Management; Communications Management; Risk Management; Knowledge Management; and Electronic Document Management.
Senior manager reporting directly to the Managing Director, responsible for risk and quality management systems, project management and certification across the HSA Group of companies.
In addition to my role as National Quality Manager I also assumed the role of Project Manager - HFI Medical Clinics. In this role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, responsible for facilitating the set up of Health For Industry occupational medical clinics across the country.
Senior Manager principally responsible for the merger and integration of acquired companies into parent company management systems and extension of ISO 9001:2000 certification to cover the entire Group of companies.
My role was to facilitate the development of a corporate knowledge sharing portal and facilitate business process mapping and the move from paper-based to electronic document management.
