PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
• Monitor the implementation of the program and its different activities and processes to the different business sectors
• Carry out relevant activities (trainings, meeting etc.) in order to support the program’s implementation in the different business sectors.
• Receive queries, issues and requests and ensure its timely resolution within the context of his work.
• Provide different reports / information to the Program Lead / HR Director on a periodic basis for their reference and decision making.

PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT
• Continuously review and analyze the program and its different forms, processes and activities in order to obtain the necessary data / evidence for its improvement.
• Obtain data / information from the program’s customers in order to provide recommendations based on user’s requirements and improve satisfaction towards the service provided.
• Develop recommendation on the improvement and enhancement of the part of the program in order to ensure its continuous efficiency in the delivery of requirements (services) towards the business sectors and employees.

HR PROJECTS & INITIATIVES
• Carry out HR projects and initiatives in line with the instructions from the Program Lead or HR Director.
• Meet with other HR functional teams, employees or other relevant parties in the execution of the project / initiative.
• Provide up to date information and status updates to the line manager and other relevant parties as and when required.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
• Provide relevant documentation, information and materials to the different functional teams as and when required.
• Provide support to the relevant functional team in the delivery and implementation of their respective programs.

• Assess Individuals and create a Professional Development Plan (PDP) for each employee.
• Conduct the initial orientation meeting with the employee.
• Officially notify the PDD’s on the time and date of every training course assigned, and make the proper arrangement to conduct all mandatory training courses.

• Analyze the outcome of the assessments questionnaire during the 3 months visit and recommend needed enhancement and new adjustments to the program and the PDP plan.
• Monitor and PDP Participants Performance.
• Prepare the semiannual performance appraisal and review it with the PDP Participant and his direct supervisor.
• Coordinate liaison and advice the PDPs line department heads, and direct supervisors in all program activities.
