Being a production manager i have to manage the staff/tailors to do their daily task in order to get their daily target..Inputing orders to the system, delivered the right orders to the master cutter, responsible for making quality product, inspect the quailty of the product, taking sample materials to attached the production sheets for costing, sometimes assist the designer to create new model designs..Discuss with the manager the inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions
PROVIDING EFFECIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Providing customer service and turning it in to sale. approach customer, assess and exceed their needs in friendly manner. Identifies and initiates opportunities for add on sales.
VISUAL LAYOUT AND REPLINISHMENT:
Maintain and improve store retail standards on floor to ensure ease of customer self-selection. To maximized turnover, optimize floor space based on product availability, storylines, new arrival & best sellers.Keep count of stock, inform of out of stock and insure merchandise replenishment from warehouse to optimum stock in hand.
STOCK LOSS:
Vigilance to all area of risk and assists across all activities in reducing stock loss by observing all company procedurres,
FEEDBACKS:
Provide regular feedbacks to the operation team about new arrival, product movement, customer demand and quality. Encourage customer to leave comments about overall service quality.
SALE:
Drive initiative to incrrease sale, achieve personal target given by manager. monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales.
