Main responsibilities:
-manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy with the engagement partner and executing it in compliance with the company's policies and protocols.
-assist partners to generate new business opportunities and build client networks and relationships
-develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring all levels of staff
-conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
-contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training assurance professionals
-deep knowledge of IFRS and global audit methodology
Main responsibilities:
-plan and perform audit of financial statements prepared under UK GAAP and IFRS for financial services businesses incorporated in Channel Islands and UK, such as Investment Funds, Investment Managers, Investment Advisers, Investment Fund General Partners;
-plan, design and perform appropriate audit procedures in accordance with applicable law and International Standards on Auditing (UK and Ireland)
-coach, motivate and lead audit teams, review the work performed and appraise the team members and contribute towards creating a work environment where my colleagues are motivated to achieve results in a positive atmosphere;
-serve as main client contact during the fieldwork. Discuss with clients sensitive issues identified, provide documented solutions and explanations on areas of disagreement.
-maintain direct relationship with the engagement manager and partner. Discuss issues identified and provide solutions.
Main responsibilities:
-perform audit of stand alone or consolidated financial statements prepared under Romanian Accounting Standards, US GAAP and IFRS, perform agreed upon procedures for various types of companies, such as FMGC, automotive, energy and gas, telecommunications, constructions, real estate, retail, services and others;
-coach, motivate and lead the audit team review the work performed and appraise the team members and contribute towards creating a work environment where my colleagues are motivated to achieve results in a positive atmosphere;
-perform appropriate audit procedures, including design and implementation of controls, in accordance with the requirements of the KPMG Audit Methodology and where applicable, regulatory requirements;
-serve as main client contact during the fieldwork. Discuss with clients sensitive issues identified, provide documented solutions and explanations on areas of disagreement. Manager relationship in difficult situations (tight deadlines, delays in audit, significant findings etc.).

-analyze client business, operational processes and financial data (historical and prospective) to identify areas of risk, of weaknesses or of audit focus. Advise clients on areas of improvements in internal controls, financial processes etc.
