Responsible for answering customers inquiry via phone watsap inquiries or any means of communication.
Gathering all the important datas of passengers inquiring for monthly service pool.
Getting prospect passenger home and work locations. and forwarding it to operation team to evaluate their requested routes.
Checking on-boarded passengers regarding their experience with the service, feedback or complains as such.
Reminding the on boarded passengers regarding their payment on or before en of the month to ensure all are paying on time and equally.

being an assistant coordinator, i am responsible for monitoring the orders from the moment agent punch the orders till it has been dispatched. i am responsible also to report to my superior whatever issue we have. monitoring the delivery time till the customer received their order at our promised time. guiding the drivers to some locations that they didn’t know. handling some complaints from customers and solving it.

By being a sales associate here in gulf country i learned how to deal with different kinds of customer most especially the Arabic ones. this work shapes my self confidence and taught me how to be strong under pressure. i love this kind of job because this teaches me a lot of things about peoples personality as well as valuing my job role.
