Public auction: the search for tenders, the preparation of dossiers for auctions; compute estimations, deliver offers, conduct price analysis, estimate final cost of investments after analyzing the tender books; the participation in the opening of tenders;
GIS: The design and the completion of the database, using the ArcGis software;
Topography: the realization of the plans of situation/land survey of the various contracts; planning; technical drawings;
Cadastre: The preparation of the surveying documentation, the registration of property in the Land Register and technical drawings;
The maintenance of a fruitful collaboration with the beneficiaries of the various contracts, with institutions collaborating, with the City Council (the Local Council), OCPI (Survey Office and Real Estate Publicity), MADR (the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development), Romgaz;
Administration: Bi-monthly checking of supplies and preparation of the list of new acquisitions.

Updating the physical blocks on the strength of new orthophoto, verification of physical blocks and polygons existing in the database, use the SIVGIS software

Using software for topographic measurements performed on the ground; data, plans and maps preparation, recordings and documents relating to the topographic and land measurements; execution of vectoring and georeferencing operations, creation of databases with the AutoCad program; updating of the physical blocks according to the new orthophoto, verification of physical blocks and polygons existing in the database

Support activities to sales such as: verification of stocks, analysis of sales, preparation of the exhibition.
