- Ensure the company products maintain its great performance and electrical characteristics while it’s been process (fabricated or assembled) in our associates companies local and abroad (ASE, TSMC, AMKOR and etc).
- Ensure that the material used by the associates companies will deliver same functionality and device performance based in the device datasheet specifications.
- Provide test solutions in test software and test hardware for the development and improvement of the products to avoid company loss.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures based to the schematic diagram.
- Knowledgeable in basic pneumatic diagrams and computer hardware repair expert.
- Supervised operators and technicians to the qualification process.
- Maintain the test manufacturing process flow and support the product line troubles.
- Provide quick analysis and isolation in trouble shooting of the equipment failures.
- Workstation set-up and tester configuration during initial production processing.
- Repair and calibration to the test equipment, computer work station and peripherals.
- Support and guide operators to the step by step machine operating procedures
