Directly reporting to Technical Director with regards to the daily operation and on-going technical issue of the department.
•Answers email correspondence. And phone call inquiries for service.
•Types and/or processes text and information such as letters, reports, memoranda, and technical materials.
•Arranges meetings and appointment schedules for Technical Director.
•Acts as information source on established organizational policies and procedures specifically for technical department.
•Gathers, compiles, and reports relevant information
•Assists with required administrative reports.
•Assists with planning functions for the technical matter (Equipment manual, installation material, etc)
•Distribute and oversee the workflow of technical staff.
•Quotations of spares parts from the service and inquiry from email.
•Coordinate with the designated forwarder for shipment of spare parts within GCC and other countries.
•Performs related job duties as required.

• Act as the main coordinator for Technical Department with regards for the Project Documentation, Plans, and Report.
• Coordinating Project works, assigning a task, controlling schedule through Engineering duties (maintenance headcount database, materials, etc.) to make sure that the project run smoothly to deliver and meet the deadline in a timely manner.
Report directly to General Manager, with regards to the operation of the Sales Department and Administrative Department.
•Follow up Accounts receivables from dealer and consignors.
•Releasing of Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoices and Consignment DR, using the Titanium Inventory Program.
•Safekeeping of Important Documents of the Company
•Documents custodian of Human Resources Department.
•Receiving Incoming calls and distribute to the designated Department.
Handle queries from customer regarding the software that we carry particular in payroll, accounting and point-of sale program
•Maintain existing clients and assisting client for after sales problem
•In charge for testing and troubleshooting of basic problems that the client usually encountered during used of program.
•Conducting demo’s and software test for clients who has POS, Accounting and Payroll requirements.
•Performing administrative role.
