• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of all non-emergency maintenance work performed
• Establish, review and instigate maintenance schedules and work orders for shutdowns and general maintenance for mechanical, instrument and electrical trades
• Build maintenance schedules using Primavera P6
• Maintain coordination between the various maintenance groups and Facility Managers and maintain appropriate records and files to permit meaningful analysis and reporting of results
• Review all non-emergency work orders from requesting departments and screen each work order to see that it has been properly filled out with the required information by the requester
• Identify and catalogue parts (due to short falls in Greenfield BOM’s)
• Develop an integrated maintenance work schedule for the maintenance area supervisor/leads
• Ensure completed schedules and work orders are returned promptly and that all completed work orders are filled out completely by the craftsman, maintenance supervisor, and authorized contractor representatives
• Consult with and engaging external contractors
• Frequent exposure to gas wells, field compression stations, gas processing plant, pipelines and compression systems
• Adhere to occupational health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and processes as provided by company

• Review, scope and schedule PM and CM work orders and creating job packs for shutdowns and general maintenance for mechanical, instrument and electrical trades
• Plan and schedule pre-work and inspections to maintain statutory compliance
• Ensures safety needs are given a top priority in work planning and scheduling.
• Perform post job reviews to ensure actual work performed and post maintenance testing was adequate; identify changes needed to PM program or changes to equipment design and inventory management practices to optimize the overall maintenance process
• Develop and maintain planner reference systems including a file of planned job packages for recurring jobs.
• Power station statutory compliance review and rectification project
• Organise and Chair scheduling meetings
• Liaise with key stakeholders, building trust and credibility through the development of professional business relationships.
• Supervision of various teams on an adhoc basis up to 10 people per group
• Involvement in IPT (Improving Performance Tactics)
• Regular use of various equipment such as conveyors, filters (disk and drum), pumps, pipework, electric drive motors, compressors and vacuums and associated systems, tanks and vessels and cooling towers
• Monitor safety, health, environment and quality performance ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with the company policies, processes and procedures.

• As a newly created position; I was required to establish;
o Scheduling methodology
o Schedule design and layout
o Scheduling process - weekly plan for schedule build
o Meeting agendas, timing, relevant persons
• Create and schedule planned work up to 12 weeks in advance in addition to scheduling shutdowns and reviews
• Develop maintenance shutdown schedules integrating all activities into one comprehensive plan.
• Coordinating maintenance work and projects
• Schedule PM, CM, modification, and statutory work orders for both upstream and downstream assets
• Organise and Chair scheduling meetings
• Maintain labour availability calendars and liaise with external schedulers for shared resources
• Involvement with date change risk assessments
• Budgeting planning and forecasting, ensure cost control and spend; monthly financial reporting.
• Regular equipment exposure to gas wells, gas wells, oil and gas satellites, remote compressors, gas processing plant, pipelines, compression systems and turbines and power generation
• Adhere to occupational health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and processes as provided by company
