Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day contact with clients and ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities.
• Respond promptly to clients' requests, managing expectations in terms of speed and delivery of response, using appropriate briefing/admin structures.
• Ensure all jobs are scheduled on time and budget and monitor progress through the Agency.
• Issue and distribute regular 'work in progress' reports internally and externally on a weekly basis.
• Issue contact reports for key meetings and telephone conversations within 24 - 48 hours.
• Work with the team on research and prepare background information for briefs/pitches/presentations.
• Develop an understanding of my assigned clients businesses.
• Assist in proper execution of projects based on clear briefs and up to the set expectations.
• Full hands on the briefing process from the background research, up to the USP, ending with the project requirements.
• Proof read all material prior to presentation.
• Assist in the presentation of creative visuals.
• Responsible for trafficking of all artwork through studio.
• Responsible for production of materials based on agreed requirements and timelines.
• Ensure job number and job records are kept up-to-date, providing detailed and relevant commentary.
• Produce and distribute accurate quotes at the beginning of each Campaign, gaining approval from Account Manager.
• Liaise with appropriate Financial Administrator to ensure accurate and timely billing, monitoring ongoing costs throughout individual Campaigns.
