I worked as part time from June 2008 - Aug 2009 through my university study at Vonocall Company & I did the following duties :

Telemarketing:

 Develop a list of the targeted customers based on their area & work field.
 Make a telemarketing calls to the proposed customers & give them a brief about the company products.
 Contact the company customer & give them an update about the company latest offers & promotions.
 Follow up the company subscribers & customers to know their satisfaction & deliver their feedback to the company management through specific reports.
 Arrange a meeting between the company sales team and the proposed customer of needed.
 Introduce the price quotation.

Reporting & Data Entry :

 Do part of the company reports related to the customers calls records & submit them
to the company database system.
 Track daily, weekly & monthly the sales records & the customer's accounts.
 Follow up the customer accounts records & dues
