- Review Credit Proposal Memos that present the proposed facility package and the associated Terms & Conditions, the prepared detailed and accurate financial and market study and review the prepared projection
- Manages and Coaches a team of Senior Credit Analysts, Credit Analysts & Admins within the Credit Assessment Team and prepare evaluation, training and career development plans for them
- Ensure that RMs requests & relationship strategy toward clients are in line with the bank development strategy & compliance rules to ensure smooth flow of circuits & time saving.
- Ensure that Senior Credit Analysts & Credit Analysts within the Team maintain proper reports to monitor credit facilities.
- Gets involved in clients visits with SRMs & RMs especially in large key relation
- Managing multiple districts, currently East Cairo, Down Town & Alexandria, Previously, Delta Canal & Heliopolis
-Analyzing credit data and financial information of individual institutes and companies that are applying for credit facilities to determine the risk that the bank, or other lending or credit-granting institution will not recoup funds loaned.
- Setting the terms of the facilities including interest rate, covenants, securities and special conditions.
- Prepare Credit Proposals based upon the findings to help make decisions on lending and credit-worthiness.
- site visits for prospects/renewals for better and more accurate analysis and hands on approach to understanding and better representation of the subject company in the proposal
- Assuring the payment of delinquent clients in Buckets 1, 2 & 3
- Managing a team of collection officers in terms of daily accounts' reach and payment
- Making sure that the repayment ratio is within set targets for each bucket
- Training and coaching new and existing collection officers in efficient methods to fulfill required target
Attending to the clients of the bank in terms of bank product sales, cross-selling and customer service. managing VIP customers' portfolio in the bank is number 1 priority for this post.
