Currently monitor the work management flow of a Turnkey Time framework Project ( 3 Years ) all over Egypt Locations ( Cairo & Delta - Sinai - Upper Egypt )
Assist in Planning & Controlling for International Submarine Cables Installation Projects with global foreign Clients ( SMW 5& 4 - IMW - HAWK - TE North )
Responsible of overseeing the project(s) work flow to the best Project completion (time- budget - scope) and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Ascertain that Payment Collections are performed efficiently and lodged timely from a project Management Point of view.
Draw monthly Reports & Forecasting to Customer & Top Management of the project success measurements or setbacks (Scope Completion, Schedule, Costs and project financial Position)
Manage & direct the third-party (outsourcing internally and externally) Vendor Agreements, Proposals, Contracts and their payments.
Develop & Manage Contracts selection with evaluating, negotiation and implementation.
Setting the Terms & Clauses of Non-Disclosure Agreements/Purchasing Orders/ Sub-Contracts and Joint Ventures Agreements with review of proposed terms and conditions.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties and provide guidance in all contracting practices, monitor the contract close-out, extension or renewal.
Maintain contractual records and documentations, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
Dealing with international Suppliers, understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business.
Maintain & Monitor the delivery process of international supplied materials of projects, support and advice in logistics affairs.
Evaluating the efficiency of Suppliers / Vendors after work completion with developing, leading and executing procurement strategies (Procurement Performance Review).
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer- supplier power, keeping the bargaining power of Buyer high, perform scenario analysis and benchmarking Tools.
Coordinate with stakeholders in determining the quantity needed and timing of deliveries according to each project case.
