Manage HR development team; Recruitment, internal training, strategic Planning, OD, internal communication and all related
Performing all Strategic HR Practices as a startup company
Handle all HR Functions; Recruitment and selection, OD and Training, personnel and compensation and benefits
1- Handling Recruitment process.
2- Assists in writing and implementing company policy and procedures according to Egyptian labor law.
3- Manage Organization Development &Training plan according to Quarter& Annual budget.
4- Forming and handling Job Analysis (Job specification & Job Descriptions), TNA, PA, Training Evaluation Forms and any other related forms.
5- Ask and Evaluate the GAPS between actual & Desired Performance and solve the problem starting from coaching after monitoring then actions to be taken according to the agreed Objectives and goals.
6- Manage and implement internal Training that concentrate on the employee development and ability to attain new knowledge, skill and to develop attitude, as this program is useful to deduce company yearly training costs and in the same time to enhance the employee relation with the head department levels
7- Manage and assist in internal Mails, announcements, acknowledgement, rewards and internal handbooks.
8- Assists in Medical Insurance negotiations.
9- Handling regular staff appraisals, organization and reviews, then making sure that all staffs have opportunities for ongoing development in training.
10- Assists in internal Banner Designs as well as internal achievements and completion certificates using Photo-shop program
(Strategic HR OD & Training, Recruitment & Selection besides Internal Communication Process)
Participating in the organization manpower; selecting (after placing internal & external announcement) and headhunting certain No. of calibers. Afterward, interviewing the selecting calibers by testing their ability to work within company ethics and values, trying to pick up their competences, motivation & credibility to work and the recruitment arena accordingly, comes after the technical interview.
Prepare employees reports and related documentation, and conduct exit interviewees to determine reasons behind separation.
Managing “Train of the Trainer” program that concentrate on the ability of the Supervisory levels and above to train their staffs internally, as this program is useful to deduce company yearly training costs and in the same time to enhance the employee relation with the head department levels.
Prepare internal training certificates using Photoshop program and all forms related to training.
Evaluating and coordinating the success of both individual training and the overall program
Managing regular staff appraisals, organization and reviews and making sure that the staffs have opportunities for ongoing development in training.
Assists in internal communication process within the organization; handling the Suggestion Box, Team Building, and all channels as well as internal announcement, internal E-mails, appraisals, acknowledgments, farewells...etc. Also, assists in editing the company quarterly Newsletter and amends grammatical mistakes as well in alignment with the HR director to review.
