• Create and revise projects scopes to confirm to ROI and payback criteria that will meet
client, utility and sales requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports on street lighting related matters both internally and
externally through both reports and presentations.
• Responsible for the creation of the lighting design for a given production.
• Created a break-down of all scenes and what the lighting requirements are.
• Assist in the scope and preparation of tender documents.
• Coordination with Project and client, subcontractors and/or suppliers.
• Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the
negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
• Review or validate all deliverables prepared by other consultants.
• Preparation of a List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
• Preparing tender documents.
• Follow up purchasing on electrical items.
• Vendor and Supplier Management.
