Capacity Building: Planning and developing quarterly and yearly training agendas: Hard Skills (Product Knowledge, Specified Scientific Topics, Products Key messaging…) and Soft Skills (Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence…) along with team building activities.
Medical Science Liaison: Addressing and interpreting various scientific topics with the sales team and the related customers and KOLs. Organizing scientific talks, conferences, events and round tables with related biologists and physicians.

Member of the Phlebotomy, Immunology, Bacteriology, Biochemistry, Hematology, Urology and Blood Bank departments: Performing the necessary tests on blood and bodily fluids.
Operating and calibrating equipments.
Analyzing Lab reports for accuracy.
Contributing in the development of the business in getting physicians to send the patients to perform their laboratory tests at the above-mentioned laboratories.
