• Ensure default amounts are received in a timely manner.
•Issuing a weekly report about the cycle’s performance.
•Close inactive cards & accounts (requires communication with other departments)
•Customer service skills with new accounts to reactivate it.

Responsibilities:
*Providing the customers with all the information they need about all bank's products, services, polices & procedures.
* Phone banking is the bank interface, so being accurate is the key to give the perfect image for the bank.
Credit Reviewer Responsibilities:
Evaluating of applications to ensure compliance with credit policy and documentation criteria based on employment type.
Preparing reports to introduce it to the wealth management.
Leading, motivating & directing credit analysts team to achieve good results & high productivity
Working with other departments to clarify and provide information regarding credit facilities as banking services are integrated between departments with effective time management.
Sample checks other banking products such as Auto loan to make sure strict and effective compliance with bank policies & criteria
Supporting Products and Policy department to enhance Citibank policy to increase market share and customer’s satisfaction with banking services.
Review minimum criteria check done by Prescreeners in line with the policy.
Review prescreening, internal & external verification comments on checklist.
Compute applicant’s dept burden as per MCE.
Meeting productivity targets without compromising credit quality.
Identifying areas for improvement (including systems enhancements) to achieve productivity targets and high ratings on account opening satisfaction surveys.
Coming up with recommendations to improve credit and documentation requirement guidelines.
Measuring of Prescreeners defects rate.
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with counterparts in other departments.
Providing timely feedback on product features and enhancements requested by other units.
Proposing deviation approvals based on strong profile of the applicant, despite not meeting certain individual requirements
