• Monitoring the fleet of vehicles & transporters ensuring on time delivery & transit norms & analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same.

• Patrol route planning & execution including securement of Offices, Site Premises that fell under Logistics duty of care.
• Fire equipment maintenance and checks, including planning and implementation of fire drills for each premises.

• Liaison & Assist with local emergency services- Police, Fire, Ambulance.
