Director of Research•Colleague
I have enjoyed working with Ryadh since he joined Fotech in late 2013. Ryadh always works hard to meet the responsibilities of his job as an optical development engineer in distributed optical fibre sensing, including performing laboratory research on novel fibre optic systems, producing reports on his results and proposing ideas for solving problems. Ryadh uses his practical and computer skills to good effect to deliver the required information on time and he works collaboratively to understand technical issues that appear in the work. I have found Ryadh to be very receptive to advice and willing to accept suggestions and guidance while also developing his own ideas. I have found that his manner is straightforward and he is honest and direct in his dealings with myself and his other colleagues. He thinks independently and uses external sources of information on his own initiative to inform and guide his work. I would be very sorry to lose Ryadh's help and support if he were to be attracted to work elsewhere.
