the maintenance and production operations of a Natural Gas to Liquid plant including monitoring of equipment like field and control room, cryogenic equipment like turbo expander, boost compressors, de-methanizer column, bottom and side re-boilers, liquid separator, de-hydrators, dust filter, heat exchangers, cooling Towers, Driers, and refrigeration systems, slug catcher, analyzers, valves and transmitters.
•Monitored the PLC/DCS based control system to ensure adequate control of plant upset, start-up, gas turbine logs and Re-compressor parameters. Review of Piping and Instrumentation diagram, PFD and operating parameters are closely observe.
•Participated in the commissioning of the Natural Gas to Liquid plant, installed and commissioned the de-propanizer /de-ethanizer and centrifugal chillers.
•Review of method of statement for planned jobs before releasing to the maintenance section. Ensuring Permits To Work (PTW) is utilized and adhered to by assessing the area and ensure all safeties are observed
a team of Supervisor/ Technicians in maintaining plant systems and rotating and stationary equipment adhering company procedures and standard operating practices. Monitored performance of the plant and troubleshoot to resolve problems to maintain targeted quantity and quality of output. Ensured safety of personnel and assets through strict enforcement of safety rules and policies and standard operating practices.
•In charged in the Operations mechanical equipment like chillers with two stage centrifugal compressors, KSB centrifugal pumps, axial fans, steam boilers, multi-stage pumps, and screw compressors etc
•Conditioning Monitoring and vibration analysis of rotating equipment. In charged of operation and maintenance of Emergency Generators and Utilities
•Provided daily briefings to teams through meetings and tool box talks on work schedules and safety procedures.
•Planned and arranged spares and other material for smooth maintenance and monitored minor projects.
