Key Profile:
• Establish entire operations, within project scope, on-time execution, quality specs, & cost, with a key focus on health safety, and environmental issues
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including Project managers, architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution
• Implement the multidiscipline engineering activities safely in a well-organized cost-effective manner by following the project scope, budget, quality standards and within the agreed time frame
• Monitor and control project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Lead supervise plan construction activities & ensure the work is according to the IFC, shop drawing, specs & HSE policy
• Spearhead meetings, liaison, the site walks with Client, sub-contractors, MEP, HSE, and ensured scheduled performance
• Ensure the material submittals, method statement & risk assessments (MSRA), material safety data sheets (MSDS), drawings are submitted by key subcontractors & approved by the consultant
• Formulate the RFI, CVI, 2 weeks look-ahead plan, material & manpower forecast and track the progress
• Delegate subcontractors, engineers, supervisors daily activities, achieve targeted productivity evaluate performance
• Extract details from drawings, implement on-site for various RCC, post-tensioning structure, and finishing works
• Provide on-site support as the primary point of contact for technical requirements for various stakeholders, resolving any issues
• Contribute as in-charge of the quality management system (QMS) in compliance with drawings & project specs
• Administrate & submit Work Inspection Request (WIR)/ Material Inspection Request (MIR) according to the inspection test plan (ITP), and piloted QA & QC/ third party inspections for work and material, obtain approvals
• Create and present mock-ups to the client/consultant and obtain approval for materials and processes
• Prepare and review method statements, quality specifications & supervise project quality control as contract stipulations
• Participate in project audits and ensure that all audit action items are closed-out in a timely manner
• Prompt responses in the closing of SOR & NCR while propositioning the corrective action proposals
• Deliver observation and violation letters to sub-contractors for non-conformance activities
• Orchestrate update & submit daily, weekly, and monthly Project progress reports, variation reports & back charges
• Provide monthly updates and monitor the preparation of invoices and certify quantities for payment certificate
• Analyse BOQ, drawings, specifications, scopes and highlight any variations to management for revision
• Adhere company’s policies, rules, and procedures related to health safety and environmental management
• Manage all construction activities, provide technical input for construction methodologies, and coordinate site management activities
