• Project consisted of 9 reinforced concrete frame buildings (approximate footprint of 100, 000m2).
• Duties included supervision and coordination of 8 no. Site Engineers, control and review of all information relating to the structure, scheduling and logistic planning for all reinforcing and pre-cast stairs, monitoring of sub contracted labour, quality control (including Post Tensioned Slabs), day-works evaluation, snagging of works and liaising with Main Contractor to resolve technical issues.
• Introduced training and mentoring scheme for the site engineers.
