Responsibilities included researching marketing trends, running campaigns, assisting the analytical department, created and implementing effective social media strategies designed to help clients find new ways to market their business.
Masterpiece Art is an exclusive gallery and fine art advisory firm based in Holland Park, West London.
They have a sister branch in Dubai where my work was to assist in the gallery, take charge of the firm's social media marketing, and identify potential clients.
Worked closely with the founder of MANKA, by meeting with potential clients to discuss business opportunities for the brand. Visited sites to check on project completions/milestones, as well as collaborating with fit-out suppliers to ensure timely supplies.
Identified target market and key segments through in-depth analysis of markets and related trends.Discussed SEO needs and optimized strategies for short- and long-term campaigns. Curated and segmented editorial content to increase engagement and channel growth. Improved page content, keyword relevancy, and branding to achieve search engine optimization goals and increased customer engagement through social media.
Summer Internship involved rendering 3D images on Photoshop & SketchUp, shadowing the CAD operator to create standard layouts that involved the 6 key drawings, coordinated with segment leaders to promote architectural goals and design concepts, recommended minor adaptations and modifications to complete working drawing sets, and created a compilation of specification booklets.
Maintained records related to sales, returns, and inventory availability. Implemented up-selling strategies such as recommending accessories and complementary purchases to boost revenue. Engaged with customers to effectively build rapport and lasting relationships. As well as answered customer questions regarding sizing and accessories and explained how to properly care for merchandise.
The internship involved assisting the senior Interior Designer at the boutique firm to pick out furniture for various upscale commercial and residential ongoing projects, researching furniture & lighting for a pop-up hotel project, assisting in the completion of FF&E specification documents, and preparation of mood presentation boards.
