Logistical organization and procurement of HPS equipment from
the companies in USA, China, Latin America, and Canada for the
Latin American region.
• Supervised the installation process of HPS equipment in
Columbia and Ecuador.
• Trained technical personnel and implemented companywide
regional policies.
• Reduced the price of major HPS components by 27% through
effective negotiations with Columbian suppliers and
manufacturers of spare parts.

testing and shipment of Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) and

- reorganizing workplaces to save production time.

presenting and negotiating findings with customers.
NCR- Non-Conformance report.
• Controlled all non-conformances in the Southwest region and
helped develop a new NCR system that the company uses up
to this day.
• Trained shop and testing technicians in aspects of quality and
correctness of their performance.
• Created and led quarterly audits of Assembly and Testing
personnel based on company policies and procedures.
• Volunteered to calibrate all workshop instruments and calipers
on a semiannual basis and led calibration log.
• Took initiative in creating several technical procedures such as
“Testing Borets Weatherford and Russian IL 200 motors on
Aquila testing equipment”
Wrote 80+ technological procedures of various kinds for ESP
applications, such as ”Installation of 400 series Baker Hughes
ESP in the field”, “Pothead assembly and pressure testing” etc.
• Provided frequent training of workshop personnel in the
region on the topics of cable splices, potheads, and other
cable-related and installation works.
• Managed the workflow of technological documentation,
updated procedures, and made sure to communicate changes
with the working staff.
