• Conducted comprehensive training sessions such as train the trainer (TT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for end users enhancing their productivity by leveraging the systems functionalities effectively.
• Worked collaboratively with Deloitte India to align the ERP customization requirements with the organizations specific needs and to ensure the project alignment and smooth execution.
• Designed financial statements with the functionality of management reporter tool in D365.
• Performed reconciliations for financial and non-financial data in AX 2009 to ensure accurate data is transfered to D365 at data migration process.
