* Coordinate with candidates and PRO for a smooth on-boarding process and ensure required approvals and documents are in place before new joiners are on-boarded.
* Follow up candidates for medical schedules.
* Handover the medical documents to the candidates and explain to them the process of the medical.

* Explain to the candidates the timeline of the process from the medical test to the stamping of their residence visa until the completion of their Emirates ID.

* Assist the employees in opening their Bank Account.
* Opening Al Ansari account for new joiners.
* Liaise with the bank agent and employee in the process of bank account opening to ensure smooth bank account opening.
* Updating the bank details of the employees in the system to make sure that their salary will be credited to their bank account.
* Submitting the banking report twice a month. (This report identifies the employees whose being paid through cheque, through bank transfer, and through Al Ansari).
* Works on the visa renewal of the employees.
* Track delays that are potential for penalties.
* Ensures that employees’ visas were renewed before it expires to avoid penalties.
