-Conduct assessments, verification and follow-up visits.
-Be the main focal point for families in my designated case load, which includes telephone contact with families or direct visits to their home.
-Support beneficiaries in addressing concrete needs either through direct intervention and accompaniment or through in-depth referral to other organizations.
-Liaise with and promote linkages to relevant project stakeholders.
-Monitor services provided to the families to evaluate effectiveness in meeting their individual needs.
-Contribute to ATM and IRIS distributions.
-Produce reports indicating daily activities and targets reached.
-Conduct many field visits to the refugee community and office counseling.
-Work of an initial assessment of cases and their needs, including medical, legal, social, Educational, psychological, training and activates, financial, and material assistance.
-Organize activities, programs, and training for the refugees.
-Writing reports, managing cases and referral them to our partners (NGOs)
-Supporting the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation of the impact.
-Initiating a relationship with the child and the family to facilitate an accurate and thorough assessment of the protection issues and client needs, to inform the service plan and to effectively respond to problems and reduce the potential for risk to the children.
-implementing the service plan with the child and family including appropriate management of the therapeutic relationship, providing counseling or referring to counseling services for the child and the family and conducting an ongoing assessment of any child protection issues and the level of risk to children in the home.
-Maximizing the participation of other internal and external service providers as appropriate in the development and review of the service plan.
-Ensuring the Protection Service Manager is consulted and updated at appropriate points as required.
-Gathering thorough information and conducting an assessment of the immediate safety of the children at the point of first contact; intervening in crisis situations and initiating immediate protection action, as required.
-Conducting support groups and awareness sessions on child protection topics and GBV.
-Following up with cases.
