● Lead/supervise all on-site personnel for both community and facility
management (Cayan Tower in Dubai Marina)

- Created a Climbing Event for Cayan Tower with an American Adventure Production company and made a profit of 275K for the tower. Saved the company from expense control and tenders negotiation of more than 200K for the tower operations and services.

● Surveyed all emirates in UAE for marketing research and customer behaviors in purchasing.
● Provided quantitative and qualitative data.
● Used SPSS for data analysis.
● Trained in all aspects of in-flight safety, security, first aid, and service with high skills in customer interaction.
