Established a \[Confidential\] Center at Qatar Foundation, under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser. The Center provides a variety of programs and services based on scholarly research. It offers multifaceted, integrated tools, services and spaces that address the many dimensions of spiritual and personal development.
• Monitored the construction of the project pre-opening.
• Established multiple methods of revenue generation via the Center's programming and facility usage.

• In the first six months of opening increased staff from four employees to 14 employees by expanding our services to meet customer demands. Multiple platforms were used for recruitment including recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, local recruitment websites, and personal networks.
• Pioneered meal membership program and a kitchen that could serve 1000 healthy meals a day. Within a four-month time-frame worked on contracting, hiring, menu creation, packaging design, and opening lines of credit with distributors and suppliers.
• Achieved profit within 4 months of soft opening and between the 4rth and 6th month of opening profits increased by 30%.
• Achieved profit within four months of opening by optimizing our marketing campaign and regularly analyzing social media analytics. Optimization trainer schedules and routines to fit maximum clients daily and offering employees commission incentives also helped to increased revenue.
