Main Duties : 1-Check the final product specification in quality control department by doing some test like viscosity, PH, solid content and adhesion to make sure that the product is acceptable to the customer 2-Check barrels status, cleansing status (in and out of the barrel), cover statue and label statue, inner packing, material purity. 3- Measuring viscosity and solid content of samples taken from the reactor during the emulsion polymerization reaction and study the effect of different parameters such as temperature flow rate of monomer and catalyst on variation of viscosity and solid content 4-check the temperature of reaction for each batch produced if they are with acceptable range 5-check the quantity of water and monomer added to reactor by production department 6-check the quantity of material in preparation section (check the preparation material weight)
