• Provide proactive and timely executive assistance to the Director; organize appointments and all official engagements, optimizing planning for the Director.
• Monitor the Director’s inbox and ensure that follow-up action and deadlines are met, and correspondence is answered in good time.
• Ensure that matters requiring action by the Director are brought to his attention and carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify and assemble relevant documentation and briefing material for the Director’s meetings, with attention to detail and timeliness, to ensure they are appropriately prepared for all engagements.
• Make all practical arrangements in the preparation of mission orders, briefing folders, and expense claims for the Director’s official travel in a timely fashion.
• Exercise good judgement and initiative to manage all routine matters not requiring the personal attention of the Director, ensuring smooth and efficient co-ordination.
• Work with the other schools’ branches inside and outside Kuwait.
• Compile information from heads of schools and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Work with other members of the Directors Office support team to coordinate, and follow-up on relevant actions across the team.
• Draft routine correspondence and prepare memos/letters, official documents, and reports in both official languages of the Organization, including proof-reading, revising, formatting texts, and checking for consistency between the English and Arabic. Take notes and provide short summary records, as required.
• Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations, including in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Foster and maintain good working relations on behalf of the Director’s office with high-level office in the Private Education, government, business, and other international Schools and Universities.
• Provide support to the Heads inside and outside Kuwait as necessary.
• Assist the team in events organized by the Office of the Director as needed.
• Provide assistant and carry out any other related duties, as required to meet evolving needs
