I am working with international NGO which is working mainly with refugees, in my program ERD my role is as a focal point in the north which is the area where we have the largest number of refugees in, as a focal point I am dealing with refugees directly in for several reasons, first of all I supervise the assessment process for the cash assistance which is holding by volunteers in different location, conduct the distributions, follow with the beneficiaries if they facing any problem with receiving their monthly payment, supervise the volunteers in general, collect and receiving referrals from different programs and NGOs (internal and external), coordinate for anything related to the program in my location, and coordinate with other programs.
I was the coordinator for all the workshops they were conduct it in the region, in addition to that also I was the taking care of all admin works which is related for he company like follow up with finance, and issuing the official documents and permissions from the government.
I was designing the children books from kg to 10 grade in Arabic, English and France language I was designing the books from A to Z until press stage.
