- Search for qualified candidates in the market, request candidates for selection, work on hiring issues, and prepare new candidates' offers, and apologize for unselected candidates.
- Work with account managers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Provide system training to new and existing clients - Analyze the position, duties, requirements, and behavioral competencies in association with the requesting manager.
- Screen CV's from Bayt database to allocate the appropriate candidates - Coordinate with the manager/supervisor of the requested post to get the feedback on the given CVs and applications. - Preparation of the internal posting in coordination with the requesting manager, employees applied and the managers of the employees who applied. - Participate in job fairs and career days. - Working with Bayt clients in GCC as outsourcing recruiter.
-Identify project requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results; preparing customer contracts.
-Develop problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing system specifications; writing programs.
-Develop project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs.
-Verifying results by completing tests.
-Preparing customers to use system by conducting training.
-Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
- Answer calls and respond to emails. - Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email. - Research required information using available resources. - Manage and resolve customer complaints. - Provide customers with product and service information. - Enter new customer information into system. - Update existing customer information. - Process orders, forms and applications.
