* Working as a Mainframe Operator: proactive monitoring of all the batch jobs (running on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule), system resources (CPU, spool, space management), and applications (WAS, MQ, CICS, DB2) running on IBM z/OS Mainframes

* Provides support for internal end-users (MOI employees) in password recovery, locked accounts (using UserLock application), company applications and services like Police and Security Systems, Visa Systems, Traffic Systems, E-Correspondence, and HR Systems
* Preparing daily reports (Mainframe Operations, NOC, and Help Desk issues) for management’s reference
* Preparing NOC Handover sheets to be delegated to the next shift members
* Acted as 1st level support for all the school-wide IT services
* Responded to end-users IT requests via phone, walk-ins, or remote connection (Apple Remote Desktop, Windows Terminal Service Connection, or VNC connections) and follows up ticketing software (Spiceworks)
