▪Developing projects objectives by reviewing project proposal & plans

Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Design / Technical Department
▪Preparing BOQ & specifications for each Package before sending to bidders
▪Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet desired requirements.
▪Comparing quotation as per project specifications and budget
▪Preparing CBS comparison Evaluation Sheet
▪Establish delivery terms, time & stages of inspection for material prior to delivery.
▪Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, Maintaining high level of integrity.
▪Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard.
▪Handle delivery and inspection of items
▪Storage and Handling on site prior to installation

Project: Renovation of Sheraton Hotel
▪Responsible for producing architectural drawings including all details for interior, this includes millwork, tiling, elevation, plans, sections and coordinated interior layouts with MEP.
▪Maintain / organize project files, schedules, and specification.
▪Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
▪Site survey of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
▪Coordination with consultant and site team
▪Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.
