Senior Personnel Job Role: the only personnel in TUV Rheinland Arabia serving more than 180 employee in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, Alhassa, and Alkhobar. (I Report directly to the Senior Administration Manager, HR Manager or in some cases to Chief Executive Officer of the company)
• Responsible for employee filing system and records
• Responsible with full authorization from the company for all health insurance maters.
• Responsible for employee Holiday Leaves records and process.
• Responsible for employee certificates and all company’s letters.
• Responsible for employee clearance process.
• Responsible for managing the Human Recourse Funds (صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية).
• Responsible for the creation of all statistic & general reports related to HR department.
• Assisting the Recruitment process.( finding Candidates, screen interviews, arranging job offers and contracts, and registering new hires in the system)
Training Department official Job Role: I am the only HR -Training Department Official in TUV Rheinland Arabia and responsible for all internal training authorization, documentation, and practices in the Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, Alhassa, and Alkhobar. Responsible for monitoring all kind of organization for Internal & external training of the company.
• Responsible for managing all records and documentations of all kind of training.
• Responsible for the induction training and orientation of the newly joined employees.
• An Instructor for some internal training courses offered by the company. E.g: compliance training, company & HR policy training, and other optional training courses like Emotional intelligence, and Conflicts Management.
• Responsible for the creation of all training courses documents templates and certificates.
• Business Administration instructor, courses (International Business, Marketing, and Business Studies) for grade 9-12.
• The School Business Administration’s Academic Head.
• Graduation project adviser for grade 12
Responsible for recruiting and staffing AJAD and AJAD’s production house.
• Responsible for employee relations.
