Project: - Katara Twin Tower at Lusail - design and build of the façades. The External Façade Systems and enclose two (2)
Hotel Towers, 204.88m high, from the Promenade Level (Elev. -6.10m) to the Top of the Sword (Elev. 204.88m), include all
the wall types of the external envelop of the Towers including all parts and components that complete the system.
CURRENT ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design safety training programs for employees and ensure response to all specific requirements and maintain
knowledge of QTA safety programs and draft all materials for training programs within required timeframe.
* Developed and execute Health, Safety, Environment & Quality plans, procedures and programs in the workplace
according to legal and contractual guidelines.
* Inspect and monitor the works to ensure all HSE standards are being met.
* Ensure that all workers have attended site inductions and any further information and training needed for the works.
* Review prepared and authorize all Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
* Ensured that suitable time and resources are available for all stages of Health & Safety Management System delivery.
* Coordinate with Health & Safety Consultant on areas of non-compliance and agree actions to be taken.
* Respond to site inspections and report observations and required actions (i.e. CAR) via Acconex reporting tool.
* Ensured that competent persons are appointed to undertake key site HSE roles with training needs identified and
auctioned. Review and update the register of legal and other requirements to ensure compliance
* Ensured that Permit to Work systems is established and implemented.
* Promote the safety moment at all formal meetings. Maintain all logs and documentation associated with site
activities and regulatory requirement
* Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and install correctives measure.
* Generate weekly and monthly reports for management. Project progress HSE Key performance indicator and monthly
statistics. Attend weekly progress meeting with client and subcontractors.

Brief Description of Project / Methodology
The “Ocean Blue” Hamad port NPP/0067 project package consists of different types of systems required to be designed and
implemented:
* Security Systems
* Port Operations Systems
* Infrastructure systems
The Scope of work for NPP/0067 includes but shall not be limited to the following: Design, supply, construction,
installation, interface, coordination, configuration, integration, testing and commissioning, maintenance of the new port
operational, management, Port Enterprise systems, solutions and applications comprising but not limited to:
* Phase One Operational & Backup Centre - Modular Disaster Recovery Centre (MDRC) (To be used initially as the
operational data centre and after the completion of the NPP Main Data Centre to be used as a disaster recovery
centre)
* Project Integration Centre (PIC). The role of the (PIC) is of key importance for the port system integration and will be
the port staging environment. Each system interface will be tested, optimized, assessed and proven during the
Preliminary Integration Tests in the staging environment prior to system commissioning and final acceptance,
ensuring Prior to rolling-out new applications or releases, users should test the system before it is deployed in a
production environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support commercial tenders for area of responsibility.
* Advise and assist management on HSE matters, to ensure implementation of HSE management system and all
client requirements within the area of jurisdiction
* Ensure the development, implementation and updating of required written safety and health programs and
plans.
* Facilitate internal auditing and external auditing as per divisional audit schedule and ensure tracking and
closure of remedial action.
* Coordinate accident/injury investigations within area of responsibility and where necessary as per
requirement, lead investigation and ensure tracking and close out of CAR’s.
* Coordinate inspections of project and facility operations and carry out management “walk through” monthly
with site management. Monitor housekeeping program to consistently improve its standards.
* Ensure periodical inspections/of various safety and lifesaving equipment, firefighting, equipment, gas monitors,
breathing apparatus etc.
* Liaison with municipality authority and other relevant organizations.
* To maintain up to date of the latest safety requirements of area and report changes to management.
* To coordinate HSE training of employees as required in line with divisional and site specific training to ensure
competency of workforce is maintained as required.
* Provide HSE statistics and report of HSE activities, to divisional HSE manager, business units and client
representatives.
* Monitor ‘STOP’ audits and analysis to evolve effective means, to improve the observation standards as to extract
optimum benefits out of STOP.
* Monitor emergency mock drills as an observer and advise the line supervisor for proper exercise, both in the
residential area and in the work sites.
* Carryout instructions in relation to other HSE activities as required by the divisional

Doha metro Red Line (North) ISG JV - Underground tunneling (Qatar Rail Project)
Brief Description of Project / Methodology
Salini Impregilo S.p.A, SK Engineering and Galfar Al Misnad formally known as ISG JV is a joint venture partnership that
has been formed for the purpose of delivering the Red Line (North) Underground Project. Red Line (North)
Underground Project is one of a number of concurrent projects that comprise the Qatar Integrated Railway Project
(QIRP). The tunneling works for this project comprises of the following distinct working areas or methods: Shaft
Sinking, Tunneling, Cross Passages, and Ground Treatment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist the Sr. HSSE manager in conducting internal audits (Self-Assessment) on all the projects sites/stations
* Accident/Incident reporting from all the sites and update on ISMS (Integrated Security Management System -
(ISO 27001)
* Ensure all incidents are closed out within the time-frame of 7days on the ISMS and develop recommendation
actions
* Accident investigation, develop report and HSE alert where necessary
* Develop corrective actions to address negative trends and near misses.
* Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project reports
* Developing and review of JHA and Risk Assessment
* Daily/Weekly site inspection walk-through with project team, PMC and client in respective sites
* Collate information from different project sites inspections report and update trend sheets
* Attend client’s and PMC’s meetings with QHSE Manager and disseminate necessary information to respective
site officers
* Gather weekly sites inspection report and update on HSE dashboard
* Assist in reviewing project procedures, policies, standards and procedures and incorporate Client’s PMC
comments (NOWC) and get its approval (SONO)
* Coordinate with client to ensure compliance with company’s HSE guidelines, polices, and regulations are
followed.
* Understand the components of Client’s HSE Management System and assist in its continuing implementation
and maintenance.
* Support and lead incident investigations, as assigned. Develop Lessons Learn and share results with client
management and the Workforce.
* Provide direct coaching to improve safety performance and hazard recognition and remediation, provide
feedback to supervisors and managers on all local and field audits

Project Location: New Doha Int’l Airport (NDIA) - CP 11, DFWH -- Zublin
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing all aspects of the company’s job safely
• Preparing the risk assessment for the method statement contract submittal
• Implementing health and safety practices and ensure all subcontractors comply thereof
• Daily site inspection of the work activities on site, hazard identification, corrective action and advising on a safe
working procedure
• Developing addendums in the method statement if there’s a change of work process
• Conducting toolbox talk regularly; Induction and trainings where necessary
• Issuing non-compliance report (Safety action report) to subcontractors and ensure unsafe acts are regularized
• Ensuring all plants and equipment vehicles have valid documents prior to entering the site
• Processing gate-pass for all new staffs and personnel coming to site
• Ensuring that all sub-contractors on site comply with client’s HSSE plan
• Coordinating with our client in matters of HSSE and attending her weekly/monthly safety committee meetings
• Managing and scheduling with sub-contractor’s staffs for Zublin’s & NDIA inductions
• Charging site supervisors/foremen to take responsibility of implementing safety practices
• Maintaining safety log and time sheet for man-hours/manpower report to client

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop systems to ensure all employees comply with all relevant legal safety requirements.
* Identify safety training needs, organize and co-ordinate safety training courses and prepare training materials where
appropriate.
* Evaluate incident forms, surveys, audits to establish root causes and together with Supervisors and Managers concerned,
formulate a plan of action to correct non-compliant behavior or unsafe conditions.
* Liaise with on-site contractors to ensure their compliance with Company safety regulations and adherence to safety
standards, including basic safety induction training.
* Conduct surveys and audits as required to identify and minimize the risk to company and employees
* Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes and identify corrective and preventative actions and
report to management.
