 Ensure company’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Policy and Procedure is implemented.
 Conducting Project Safety Induction for the new staff and keeping the Project Inductions records for reference purpose on regular basics.
 Conduction Tool box Talks and Safety Briefing on regular basic and especially whenever more hazardous equipment is introduced into the Project.
 Scaffold erection / dismantling work, confined space entries, crane work / lifting operations, hot work, and similar hazardous activities and ensures that all relevant requirements are complied with.
 Monitor MSDS and hazards communication compliance of all projects materials.
 Assisting in organizing training program for Staffed personnel, subcontractor as well as Competency Certificate for operators.
 Removal of industrial wastage and combustible items as per hazardous waste management plan.
 Inspection and periodical maintenance of Safety and firefighting equipment.
 Making sure Cranes, equipments and operators have valid license or Competency Certificate from Approved third Party.

• Interpret and execute company policy statements, HSE plans, targets & safety manual.
• Ensure employees knowledge-ability of job description and organizational chart
• Write up, communicate and enforce safe system of work
• Follow up safety drills.
• Supervise other safety personnel (first aiders, flag men, safety watchers, fire men,
• Conduct safety meetings and follow-up resolutions of such meetings.
• Write and document in-house HSE report and compilation of safety statistics.
• Carry out and document HSE inspection and audit.
• Ensure communication systems are adequate.
• Ensure good-housekeeping.
• Ensure the provision, maintenance and replenishment of adequate safety equipment (PTW, PPE, fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, caution signs, trefoil etc).

• Prepares and submits a weekly site safety inspection report to the Project HSE Manager in a specified Form.
• Ensuring all Crane and Lifting accessories has valid approved third party certificate.
• Investigate all incidents involving personnel, plant and equipment including dangerous occurrences
• Prepare and Report incidents, accidents and near miss involving Personnel, Plant and equipment.
• Promoting Safety awareness, Consistence implementation of Global and Industrial Safety Rules/Measures
• Conduction Tool box Talks and Safety Briefing on regular basic and especially whenever more hazardous equipment is introduced into the Project.

• Assemble or repair oil field equipment using hand and power tools
• Assist in slotting, welding and inserting casing screens
• Assist with well development and pumping tests
• Carry out minor maintenance and repairs, including lubrication
• Clean equipment, drill and camp sites
• Dig and clean mud pits and drains
• Help move drilling rigs and equipment from site to site, set up in the new site and connect power cables or hoses for water and air supply
• Help obtain drilling core samples
• Mix and test drilling fluids, chemicals and grout
• Perform other tasks as needed

• Prepares and interpret HSE statistics on all related HSE issues.
• Motivate workforce on safety education
• Monitor the standards of sanitation and cleaning, security, fire control, and medical facilities provided
• Perform Hazard identification exercises, design reviews and risk assessments.
• Carry out safety inspection of work area, work method, man, machine, materials
• Investigation of all the incidents, accidents, and near misses, reporting and record keeping of same.
• Ensuring that the safe handling instructions listed on the label of the container or listed on the corresponding Material Safety Data Sheet when handling each chemical stored in the stock room are followed
