Maintenance, Calibration, and improvement of the control system and instrumentation in the 9 Hydro Electric Power Plants of the company with a total capacity of 65MW to keep the availability and reliability of the following individual plants beyond the KPI of 97% and 98%:
Tudaya 1: 1 x 6.8MW Pelton Turbine
Tudaya 2: 2 x 3.5 MW Francis Turbine
Sibulan A: 2 x 9 MW Pelton Turbine
Sibulan B: 2 x 14 MW Pelton Turbine
Talomo 1, 2, 2a, 2b and 3: 7 x 400kW Francis Turbine
Accomplishments:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of PLC, Indicators, Transducers and Controllers in Sibulan B and Sibulan A HEPP.
Troubleshooting and restoration of generator excitation controller for Sibulan B HEPP
Perform RCM and other Preventive and Proactive maintenance activities on a per asset level.
Installation of flow monitoring meters in the four HEPP grid conveyance lines
Initiate and Lead groups of electrical technicians and instrumentation engineers in Quality improvement projects.
Facilitate the routine calibration of Sensing, Metering, Controlling and Protection devices in the plant
Participate in short term and long term planning of activities and budgeting for the operations and maintenance department.
Implement of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and determination of Controls (HIRAC)/ Aspect Impact Assessment, ORMP.
Creation and Management of Annual Maintenance Plan for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation and Control
Maintenance of CMMS for all maintenance activities for the year including monitoring and planning of work requests and work orders.
Lead team of engineers and technicians in assisting German contractors for laying out, installation, and commissioning of plant instruments and control equipment for one unit Pelton Turbine Generator, and two Joint Control Francis Turbine Generators totalling 13 MW at 69kV Transmission Line.
