Working autonomously and with a team of consultants to find the best candidates for the assigned positions and working as a team to improve the business and the reputation of SmartVenture.
Sourcing and headhunting candidates directly from job boards, LinkedIn and through advertis-ing.
Interviewing and screening candidates over the phone and face to face to establish suitability for positions.

Playing a key role in business development and building client relationships.

Duties include:
• Working in a very busy and popular café series, making fresh yeast free sourdough, various sandwich breads, burger buns, English muffins bagels etc.
• Handling ordering and stock takes, editing and sending invoices, baking bread to an elite standard ready for retail and sale in both kitchens, keeping the kitchen in an immaculate condition and adhering to food hygiene and safety standards.
Duties include:
• Working in a much respected Farm Shop in the butchery department.
• Adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations, completing tasks in a timely manner, serving customers needs and demands.
