Department: Gas Production. Job title: Project Engineer (mechanical and process)
Design and development of basic, detail and field engineering of production gas piping systems offshore and onshore in high and low pressure for the Western New Opportunities of Gas Project (PNOGO PROJECT) in the Maracaibo’s lake fields. Maracaibo-Venezuela.
Responsibilities:
• Field Inspection and register data of gas piping lines in head wells, oil flow stations and gas stations.
• Prepare isometrics draws, material list, materials requirements, and procure list materials for gas piping lines.
• Design and prepare mechanical facilities and modification to reduce cost and optimization of wells operations.
PROJECT: Western Complex Cryogenic. Job title: Project Engineer (mechanical and process).
Engineering Department: Design, review and development of equipment (statics and rotatives), piping and systems for a Cryogenic Natural Gas Plant in the areas of processing, conditioning, compression and distribution of natural gas and its products. Maracaibo-Venezuela.
Responsibilities:
-Design, prepare, studies and consent of process and mechanical documents and draws in conceptual phase, basic and detailed engineer.
-Ensure that designs meet PDVSA standards and specifications and that alternate designs or changes are economical, operable and meet safety, maintenance and schedule requirements.
-Manage and participate in presenting the project proposal of project to others departments and other interested organizations at technical meetings.
-Prepare technical information of desing and construction contracts.
Basic training in natural gas process, plants operation, gas chromatography, cryogenic process, maintenance, use of PDVSA code and standards, gas-oil separation systems, process of transmission and distribution in PDVSA GAS, gas merchandising, industrial security and safety and in the areas of wording, oratory and personal goals and field introduction in extraction and process gas plants, petrochemical plants and refinery of PDVSA in all the country area.
Apply the security program of aeropostal airlines in national and international flights based on the Federal Aviation Administration and National Institute of Civil Aeronautic (INAC). Maracaibo-Venezuela.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure that aeropostal airlines security programs apply in all flights operations.
-Inspection of airplanes, and airstrips access in airports.
-Check flights documents.
-Inspection of cargo, luggage, passengers and catering in every international flight.
-Apply passengers profile before check in.
Master in Gas Engineering: The program objects is to ensure that engineers learn knowledge in production, transport and processing of natural gas, and improve theirs abilities and skills to work in the oil and gas industry.
