My responsibility was about taking care of the reservation and all the paper concerning the guest satisfaction. I was taking care of the front door of the restaurant, welcoming and greeting the guests and assisting them for all the time they were in the restaurant. I was taking care of some particular event like organizing special set up accordingly to the request of the guest, doing whatever was possible to deliver the best service possible. I was taking care of all the temperature record and of the cashiering paper. I was in charge of taking care of the wine chiller organization and I was also the mediator between kitchen staff and service staff.
