Preparing Project Quality Plan according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008,
Saudi Aramco’s Schedule Q & SAEP-1154 (Guidelines for Contractor's Quality Plan).
Ensure that the Quality Plan, procedures and objectives are understood and
implemented within the quality control functions.
Review and ensure that Quality Procedures comply with the requirements of ISO
9001:2008, Saudi Aramco’s Schedule “Q”.
Manage, Coordinate with QC Inspectors and distribute Project Specific Quality
Procedures, Inspection & Test Plan and Work Instructions as required.
Developing / coordinating for the timely submission of quality documentation as follows: PM01 (Routine Maintenance) PM02 (Preventive Maintenance), PM04 (Minor Maintenance), PMO5, PM07 (Major Project).
Preparation of Inspection Test Plan / Methods and Work Procedure / Check Sheets following the Project Specifications, International Standard and Saudi Aramco Standards.
Review Quality Program Plans, Procedures, Methods Statements and Working
Instructions of Vendors/Subcontractors for adequacy in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 and Saudi Aramco Quality requirements.
Monitor and supervise activities of all QC Inspectors.
Ensuring all inspection is done as per inspection and test plan, contract which are documented on pre-defined formats / check sheets.
Ensuring hold and Witness Points are adhered and the Client is given sufficient notice for inspection.
Responsible for checking and verification of Purchase requisition submittals on the correct compliance to job specifications, Inspection requirements and Saudi Aramco quality requirements.
Responsible for initiating action to prevent non-conformances, identify and record quality problems, issue Corrective action and monitors its resolutions.
Projects include as follows: Strategic Execution of the First Phase of Water Strategic Scheme, C#15B
Projects include as follows: Danet Hotel, Danet Mall, and Danet Abu Dhabi Tower
Structures include but not limited to the following:
•Intake Channel
•Intake Pumping Stations and Water Outfall
•Distribution and collection piping system.
•Related auxiliary, ancillary facilities and Buildings.
•Roads, road crossings and utility crossings.
Works include the preparation of Project Documents Requirements as follows:
•Method Statement and Project Approach
•Quality Management /Control Plan
•Health and Safety Procedures
•Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan / Check Sheets, Method of Statement as per specifications.
•Responsible for implementing the company QMS, ensuring implementation of all contractual quality requirements, Inspection and Test Plan and Project Quality Plan are followed and carried out to correct drawings/specifications.
•Developing / coordinating with Quality Manager for the timely submission of quality documentation / deliverables.
•Coordinate with Contractor / Client representatives with regards to technical problems that need their approval.
•Ensuring all inspection is done as per inspection and test plan / contract and that these are documented on pre-defined formats / check sheets. Ensuring hold and Witness Points are adhered and the Client is given sufficient notice for inspection.
•Analyzed drawing and prepare Construction Technical Queries for those drawing need to be rectified and proposed necessary technical solution.
•Monitoring Non Conformance’s and following up with site team for close out.
•Ensuring preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non-conformances.
•Ensuring risk assessment / job hazard analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive control measures are in place. This activity is to be coordinated with the safety engineer and the section engineers.
•Ensure proper control on receipt / distribution of contractual documents and drawings with assistance from document controller.
•Ensure proper interaction and coordination with employer /project manager, independent testing laboratory and third party inspection agency and site team for project coordination.
•Ensure all valid documentation / contract documents are being used on site.
•Ensure all quality requirements are understood by site personnel / workmen and subcontractors and providing training whenever necessary.
•Ensuring all incoming materials are inspected, as approved and stored properly as recommended.
•Ensuring and coordinating for the subcontractor quality control/ implementation on site.
•Responsible for reviewing all quality records on site and retaining them in handover files.
•Assisting during internal quality audits on site.
•Carrying out regular surveillance inspections for QC activities on site and that of subcontractors.
•Weekly quality performance reporting and documentation to Employer/ Project Manager and contractor quality manager.
•Interact and agree on all quality related issues with Employer / Project Manager in coordination with contractor’s project manager.
•Stop any non-conforming work on site; ensure necessary corrective and preventive measures are taken for non-recurrence.
•Carry out random checks on incoming materials to check proper certification / verification, inspection records to ensure product identification and traceability.
•Collect and file Quality records through Documentation Clerk and prepare Inspection & Test Status on regular basis.
Project includes as follows: South Diversion Road and Bridges, Cagayan De Oro Port Extension and Rehabilitation, West Bound Terminal and Market, Pagalungan Bridge
Responsible for site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time schedule and cost parameters; effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
•Ensure compliance for all contractual/company and local authority for Quality, Health Safety and Environment.
•Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordinating with all discipline.
•Monitors and coordinates with all materials testing activities.
•Responsible for the Planning and Scheduling of Manpower, Equipment and Materials.
•Responsible for the implementation and installation in conformance to quality control procedure of all ongoing structural and civil works as follows: Marine Square Pile Driving, precast slab, and Reinforced Concrete Deck Girder fabrication.
•Follow up planning activities at site and ensure implementation of work plans and project schedule.
•Supervise tracking of jobs at site, cost control and issue periodical reports.
