• Responsible for assisting the site QC Supervisor for the implementation of approved quality plans, procedures, inspection and testing plans and ensuring the clients requirements are met at the job site.
• Monitoring, coordination and control of sub-contractor’s QC team at the job site.
• Prepare, review of inspection testing plan, check list, test-packages as required by the client.
• Ensure the discipline, as QC Inspector, in initiating the preventive and proactive call.
• Ensure and liaise with construction team for adherence of the preventive and proactive calls at the job site to avoid potential non-conformities.
• Ensure the Quality Records are up to date.
• Maintain quality records and ensure those produced are collected and compiled into records.
• Preparation and submit QC’s two (2) weeks look ahead to the client.
• Review of all sub-contractor’s QC inspector reports.
• Coordinate with third party inspection agencies/ inspectors as required.
• Raise, review and submit RFI to the client’s representative.
• Supervise & monitor activities of all sub-contractor’s QC Inspectors.
