Monitoring all activities for ongoing works, Work on Plantation such as Palm Trees, Trees,
Ground cover, and shrubs. Site Earthwork tree pits excavation and backfilling, fertilizer
distribution.
 Quality induction and training shall be conducted regular basis with site staff.
 Conducting materials receiving inspection with approved suppliers and preparing MIR,
follow-up with consultant’s/Authorities/client approval.
 Identify non-conformance on site and issue Non-Compliance Report’s guidelines to the
QA/QC manager.
 Coordinate with the construction team regarding quality-related issues to solve and for
continuous improvements/records.
 Conduct site inspections and maintain field test records.
 Implement quality control procedures and plans on site.
 Develop and maintain quality standards and ensure proper implementation.
 Review and approve inspections, test plans, and quality control plans.
 Identifies, analyses, and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control
for site construction.
 Plan and coordinate QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work under
contract requirements.
 Ensure the performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
 Interface with the public, especially residents and business owners adjacent to the work,
to mitigate the construction impacts.
 Coordinate with the Contractor’s foreman in charge of the work daily to check on the
proper execution of the work.
