Monitoring all activities for ongoing works, Work on Plantation such as Palm Trees, Trees,
Ground cover, and shrubs. Site Earthwork tree pits excavation and backfilling, fertilizer
distribution.
Quality induction and training shall be conducted regular basis with site staff.
Conducting materials receiving inspection with approved suppliers and preparing MIR,
follow-up with consultant’s/Authorities/client approval.
Identify non-conformance on site and issue Non-Compliance Report’s guidelines to the
QA/QC manager.
Coordinate with the construction team regarding quality-related issues to solve and for
continuous improvements/records.
Conduct site inspections and maintain field test records.
Implement quality control procedures and plans on site.
Develop and maintain quality standards and ensure proper implementation.
Review and approve inspections, test plans, and quality control plans.
Identifies, analyses, and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control
for site construction.
Plan and coordinate QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work under
contract requirements.
Ensure the performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
Interface with the public, especially residents and business owners adjacent to the work,
to mitigate the construction impacts.
Coordinate with the Contractor’s foreman in charge of the work daily to check on the
proper execution of the work.
