• Planning and budgeting.
• Supervise and lead sales team, providing guidance, coaching and motivation to ensure the team are in right direction.
• Effective Sales plan development for nonmoving, slow moving and New arrival Products.

• Worked closely with Warehouse In-Charge to ensure goods available on time in all Shops/Locations. Coordination with HO Dubai, marketing team for Retail business development in and Corporate sales.
• Attend Exhibitions / Events.
• Formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to profitability requirements.
• Always looking/searching new opportunities / locations / shops for new business.
• Responsible for secondary sales/orders from Distribution.

• Worked as a BDE covers South Mumbai Territory also Institutional business.
• Meeting with Doctors promote products in-order to generate business.
• Handling and managing 4 Distributors.
• Responsible for secondary orders from the appointed distributors.
• Generate POB from Chemist and Institutional business.
