Prepare Red line Markup Drawing.
Prepare As-Built Drawing.
Prepare GIS coordinate drawings.
Prepare Survey Report & provide Survey data for marking as per coordinate.
Coordination & follow-up with sub-Contractor regarding drawing.
Drawing of Building Plan, Elevation, Section detailing.
Interior fit-out work with Gypsum Partition, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Typical details.
Prepare drawings and send to the reporting Sr. Architect for Review.
Prepare all disciplines coordination drawing as required.
Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects.
Work under the supervision of Engineers or Architects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawing for residential and commercial construction project.
Develop MEP and structural design to incorporate into Architectural drawings.
Visit construction sites to collect measurement and dimensions as needed.
Supervise and guide Draftsperson when needed.
Make Required Changes in Drawings.
Material Calculation & Finishing Schedule.
Knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Done other responsibilities as assigned.
