•To compile a complete data base of activated numbers based upon sales id, packages, MSISDN# with company detail
•CRM/Operational support to corporate business team
•File clearance Management
•To enter subscriber data and required package details into system and activate sims and give CRM support to corporate business team
•Activations of sales on daily basis subject to complete documentation & approvals as per defined SOP
•Ensure timely submission of documentation to relevant department as per defined SOP
Benefits administration which includes mobile phones, sim cards, mineral water, fuel cards, loans, Paid vacations, business cards, Hut, Club, Yacht, Guest house

- Billing management of all benefits
